1834 Triplets Dundalk

Not something you see very often.

  1. Kevin do you think it's possible these were siblings who happened to be baptised on the same day, rather than triplets? I have come across that in the Scottish records - whole families being baptised at once :-)

  2. Hello Jo, I agree it's possible Jo but the register clearly states "triplets." It was considered very important to baptise R.C. infants quickly. If they were converts that would be recorded too.

    I appreciate your comments and I have seen a lot of children being baptised in one group , particularly Anglicans.
